By registering for a workshop or submitting the booking form, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

 

📝 Registration

• Bookings are made under the name of the parent/guardian on the registration form.

• Because all participants are minors, the parent or guardian is responsible for the booking and payment.

• By completing the form online or in writing, you agree to these terms and conditions.

 

👚 What to Bring & Safety

• Children should wear clothing that can get messy—our workshops use paint, glue, and sensory materials!

• Aprons are provided, but stains may happen.

• Parents/guardians remain responsible for their child during the workshop.

• Creative Play World is not liable for loss or damage of personal belongings, or for accidents during the session.

 

❌ Cancellations & Missed Sessions

• If you cannot attend, please inform us as soon as possible by email 
• Refunds or rescheduling are possible up to 48 hours before the workshop.
• After that, no refund can be given due to preparation costs and limited workshop spots.

• If a workshop is cancelled by Creative Play World (e.g. due to illness or low registrations), you’ll receive a full refund or may choose a new date.

• ⚠️ Please note: Workshops require a minimum of 3 children registered to go ahead. If fewer sign up, you’ll be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule to another available date.

 

💳 Payment

• Payment must be made online at the time of booking via iDEAL or another listed payment method.

• Bookings are only confirmed once payment is complete.

• You will receive a confirmation email and invoice after payment.

 

📸 Photos & Media

• We may take photos during the sessions for use on our website or social media.

• If you do not want your child to appear in any photos, just let us know when booking or at the start of the session.

 

👩‍🏫 Teacher Changes or Workshop Cancellation

• In case of illness or absence, we may replace the teacher or cancel the workshop.

• You will be notified as early as possible and offered a refund or rescheduling.

 

🔐 Privacy

• Your personal information is processed according to our Privacy Policy.

• We never sell or share your data without permission.
